Green Iowa AmeriCorps is an AmeriCorps State program housed at the University of Northern Iowa's Center for Energy & Environmental Education. The program is supported through a number of state and federal grants, contracts, and contributions through local partnerships.

 

Your contributions help support essential costs for our program to provide environmental stewardship services across Iowa. Thanks to you we are able to facilitate education events, help vulnerable populations with their energy efficiency needs, implement mitigation practices to reduce flooding, plant trees, provide job skills training in green fields for our members, and much, much more!
